Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate sales across multiple online platforms. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing various campaigns simultaneously while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketer will develop and manage marketing campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. They will optimize website and social media content to enhance user engagement and improve overall visibility. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics is essential, with the expectation to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
In addition, the candidate will conduct keyword research and oversee SEO and SEM efforts to strengthen both organic and paid search results. Collaboration with the design team is crucial to create compelling multimedia content, including graphics and videos, that resonate with target audiences.
The role also involves planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, to maximize reach and conversions. Managing email marketing and promotional campaigns will be necessary to nurture leads and maintain customer retention. Regular tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will help measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, which is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing is required, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. The ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to guide marketing strategies is essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively within the team and coordinate with other departments.

Experience working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment will be considered an advantage. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
