Pie Solutions Pvt Ltd, a UK-based large format banner printing company with operational management in Pakistan, is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join its team in Rawalpindi. This role is pivotal in overseeing all human resource functions and ensuring that HR initiatives are closely aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job postings to screening resumes, to attract and retain top-tier talent. Close collaboration with senior leadership is essential to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s broader business aims. Additionally, the role involves driving organizational effectiveness by enhancing employee engagement and ensuring that HR policies and practices promote productivity and align with company objectives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in HR management or a comparable role is required. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with employees across all levels of the organization. Furthermore, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Pie Solutions offers a competitive basic salary ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience and expertise. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST, comprising a 9-hour shift. This is a full-time, in-person position based at Gulrez Commercial, Asghar Mall Plaza, 1st Floor, Rawalpindi.
