What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

-Within 30 days, you will:  
Manage meetings for and with functional heads including assurance functions.
Roll-out and implement compliance policies at Compliance SharePoint.
Disseminate clear and concise compliance communications and messages etc.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:  
Recommend remediation measures and corrective action.
Prepare reports and presentations to be presented at Group level.
Develop compliance communications to be circulated across the board.
Conduct compliance sessions/workshops with attendance and feedback forms.
Maintain case details in excel sheets and regularly monitor Speak Up helpline.
Manage meetings with primary investigators, function heads and vendors (as required).
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Follow up with concerned functions to ensure consistency in disciplinary actions.
Maintain complete data base (excel) of all third party ratings, rejected, suspended or terminated as a result of red flags.
Conduct site visits and interviews with vendors
Conduct training sessions for employees involved in vendor management processes.
Support compliance team during compliance integration, remediation efforts and monitoring activities.
Periodic compliance monitoring and maintain gifts and hospitality, social investments, sponsorship and Conflict of Interest registers.

A bit about us
 The Compliance function in Jazz is in charge of overseeing and managing compliance issues within an organization, ensuring that Jazz is complying with regulatory requirements and its employees are complying with internal policies and procedures.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
A four (04) member’s team
                                                                                 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Provides assistance to compliance team on diversified matters including data mining, report writing, compliance monitoring and audit activities,
Provide administrative and accounting skills to support compliance activities to analyze data for affirmative action.

With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including the Group and all functions of the company for effective planning, development and roll out of the compliance policies and procedures.
 
The two (02) must have past experiences in departments that the best candidate should have.
At least 2-4 years of previous work experience with at least 1 years of previous work experience in similar roles in the fields of Finance or Compliance.
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Proficient in MS Office and
Excellent command over Excel and PowerPoint
 
Essential skills must have: 
Willingness to travel (40-50%) with analytical mind, good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English
 
Desirable skills must have:
Analytical and Creative problem-solving
High on integrity and solution oriented
Administrative and accounting skills
Report writing and Presentation skills
Positive mended and a team player
