We are looking for a competent IT Help desk administrator to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. Handling Queries and resolving the basic technical issues of software.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
· Troubleshooting of employees workstations through diagnostic techniques.
· Help to meet the needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools.
· Work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
· Work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a IT Help desk administrator or other customer support role.
Technical support with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
