We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives:
- Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Updates job requirements when needed
- Operate our Rozee.pk Account, and post new jobs.
- Run our Facebook Ads Campaign for Requirements (We will allocate budget as per your requirements)
- Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education.
- Maintains employee records and paperwork
- Represents Async Software Technologies in recruiting events at various Universities.
- Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- BBA/MBA
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record
