Responsibility:
- Assisting and supporting the CEO to undertake all tasks efficiently and effectively, as and when required
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and timesheet management
- Inbound telephone call management and priorities meeting timetables
- Dealing with incoming email, post, and corresponding on behalf of the CEO wherever possible
- Proactively managing files and draft letters to ensure they are complete
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other team members
- Providing assistance to other CEO when necessary
- Organizing events and client meetings
- Providing assistance with tasks/queries within the firm
Must-Have:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- presentable Personality.
- Excellent Email Drafting Skill.
- Must have past experience of working with CEO.
