You will be a key team player with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, and the ability to use you own initiative. As part of the Outbound Team, you will operate as the face of the department, by being friendly, approachable and willing to grow and prosper within the role.
Operate as the first point of contact for the Outbound Team as well as other departments
Managing and coordinating our centralised database systems
ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to contribute smooth workflow system within the team.
Providing support with our centralised CRM systems
Support Telemarketing activities
Ad Hoc responsibilities Research and Development on future prospective clients, building bond with future clients, lead generation, providing support when staff are off sick or staff shortages to ensure team productivity isn't impacted.
Cross training will be introduced to ensure that you are flexible in your position, and strengthen the infrastructure of the team and have a flexible approach
Identifying existing leads
Statistical and graphical analysis of data

Fluent in English and confident in communicating with all stakeholders including internal and external client
