Overview

At Joblogic, we are a globally renowned Field Software Company, who is growing rapidly, and looking to recruit an  enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated Outbound Administrator, who has accuracy and attention to detail at the heart of their work ethic. You will be a key team player with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, and the ability to use you own initiative.  As part of the Outbound Team, you will operate as the face of the department, by being friendly, approachable and willing to grow and prosper within the role. 

You'll be: 

  • Operate as the first point of contact for the Outbound Team as well as other departments

  • Managing and coordinating our centralised database systems

  • ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to contribute smooth workflow system within the team.

  • Providing support with our centralised CRM systems

  • Support Telemarketing activities 

  • Ad Hoc responsibilities Research and Development on future prospective clients, building bond with future clients, lead generation, providing support when staff are off sick or staff shortages to ensure team productivity isn't impacted. 

  • Cross training will be introduced to ensure that you are flexible in your position, and strengthen the infrastructure of the team and have a flexible approach

  • Identifying existing leads

  • Statistical and graphical analysis of data

Skills and Attributes 

  • Fluent in English and confident in communicating with all stakeholders including internal and external client

  • Critical thinker

  • Call handling in a professional and friendly manner, both face-to-face as well as via email.

  • You will be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who strives to obtain successful outcomes.

  • Effective communication skills with a proactive and approachable personality to ensure that the service delivery meets the expectation of the clients. 

  • Driven, and proactive learner, to enhance and strengthen skill set, by making a significant contribution to the overall success of theOutbound Sales Team, and via strong knowledge in computer systems including CRM, as this will be a fundamental element of this role.

  • Highly organised and keen to achieve successful outcomes

  • The role has potential for growth as the business is growing rapidly, therefore we are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our growing team.
