We are seeking a passionate, driven and open-minded graphic designer, with a creative flair to invest in the future technological development of Joblogic. We are seeking a Graphic Designer who loves to look beyond the surface of things, to explore both the minute detail and the big picture, by delivering outstanding end result to the marketing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with website design, software design, email and automation design, social media, print and more.
- Work on printed materials to supplement online products
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns using creativity and innovation
- Working closely with other designers, design agencies and third parties
- Operate as the first point of contact for graphic design as all staff across the company
- Video edits and video production - edits of training videos, production of short preview videos that feature the software, particularly for social media and paid advertising
- Production of gifs, HTML5 banners and visually appealing graphics
- Ensure content formats are relevant to target audiences (formats may include: copy, imagery, video, infographics, guides, case studies etc.)
- Place orders and replenish stock when required - order more brochures, flyers, merchandise
Ad hoc responsibilities include: Participate in future campaigns to maximise promotion of Joblogic services by attracting the mass audience, therefore operating as the first point of contact to set a firm foundation; Working in partnership and support development on designs for new screens; recording and creation of training videos and knowledge space to make services user friendly as well as create forthcoming branding for policies as well as training guides.
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience of operating as a Graphic Designer with a degree in Graphic Design, working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills, to promote the visions, brand and ideas, in a creative manner, to maximise customer attention, as well as building positive working relationships with all our stakeholders.
- Video editing skills: To support our marketing and training department.
- Attention to detail create visual concepts; thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design deliver outstanding results, as well as growing brands online.
- Problem-solving with the ability to utilise the creativity to work out pieces fit together and deliver successful results as an end product.
- Proactive learner with the ability to keep knowledge up to date with forthcoming changes to ensure that we maintain a competitive edge.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as a key team player.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suites, Illustrator/ Photoshop.
- Ability to cope with conflicting priorities and highly organised.
- Using innovationto redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers
- A cool head under pressure – deals in solutions, not problems
- The ability to communicate at all levels,including senior management
