As a Sales Consultant you will build upon your existing customer engagement or sales experience to identify client needs, conduct software demonstrations and nurture prospects through to a successful sale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to identify business needs
- Conduct tailored software demonstrations
- Build relationships with prospects using a variety of communication channels to effectively nurture and engage prospects through the sales process
- Manage client queries, escalating where required
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Utilize a number of internal systems for communication and reporting
- Work both proactively and reactively as part of a team, to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Essential Requirements
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 6-months customer engagement or sales experience (UK, USA campaigns)
- Telesales Experience
- Target Driven
- Self motivated and willing to learn
- Candidates with above average English/US accent will be preferred
- Must enjoy engaging with people
- Approachable personality, professional and enthusiastic.
- Able to work honestly and ethically.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Very well organised and reliable.
- A Team player.
- An excellent communicator.
- The ability to persuade and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns.
- Any prior experience in presenting software product demonstrations to clients would be an added advantage.
May Require International Travel:
- It will be preferable for the candidate to possess a valid passport.
- Willingness to travel to the UK for training purposes.
