About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Lahore office who will be responsible for management and execution of the end-to-end hiring process. The Ideal Candidate  will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. In this role, you will be hiring top talent for our growing organization at Joblogic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

  • Writing job descriptions and getting approved from the hiring manager.

  • Drafting  recruitment advertisements;post and/or placing ads in the most effective digital/print media options

  • Your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent from the market.

  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech and non-tech teams to support the organization.

  • Complete recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, tests, interviews scheduling, managing interviews and managing smooth onboarding.

  • Experience with multiple sourcing techniques (e.g Active/ Passive hiring, internal recruiting, referrals and etc.)

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, indeed, Jobee.pk and other Job portals.

  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of the application.

  • Vets potential employees credential

  • Ability to stay up to date on the latest tech industry standards, issues, and risks to refine the hiring process.

  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

  • Understanding of relevant labour laws and HR best practices

  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

  • Enhance the presence of the company from a hiring perspective.

  • Engaging and interacting with other HR team members (Abroad i.e, UK and VN)

Skills and Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-Years BA/BS/BBA (Hons.) Degree in Relevant Field.

  • 8+ years of proven work experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the IT industry preferred.

  • Ability to work with the Hiring Manager to identify the Hiring Needs, Draft the JDs and Job Requirements Correctly! 

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and etc).

  • Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.

  • Prior experience in using HRIS.

  • Prior work experience on the ATS (Zoho recruit, JazzHR or etc) system..

  • Ability to work on the New processes & Dashboards for Hiring Team.

  • English Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good negotiation Skills.

  • The ability to analyze a person and a situation perfectly.

  • Critical thinking.

  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of Spreadsheets.

  • Good Time management skills.

  • Proficient in using MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volumes of work, and perform independently.

  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • To work strictly with KPIs and deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Usage of Linkedin Recruiter Lite or any other Premium Account.

  • Prior experience in attending career fairs, assessment centres or other HR events.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Networking and Marketing skill to enhance Employer Branding

  • Relationship building skills
