• Manage the work structures by updating job descriptions on all job roles within the firm
  • Explain various policies and strategies to employee
  • Recruit candidates based on both hard & soft skills
  • Perform in depth, in person, interviews that probe for both strenghts and weaknesses 
  • Negotiate appropriate pay rates and make offers to candidates
