- Manage the work structures by updating job descriptions on all job roles within the firm
- Explain various policies and strategies to employee
- Recruit candidates based on both hard & soft skills
- Perform in depth, in person, interviews that probe for both strenghts and weaknesses
- Negotiate appropriate pay rates and make offers to candidates
- Leave and attendance management
- Performance Management
- Handling all employees related issues including: salary, Leaves, attendance, etc
- Represent the organization in a professional manner at all times
