• Manage QA/QC team / labs.
• Execute/manage QA/QC duties pertaining to infrastructure and highways.
• Inspect/attend check requests pertaining to highways/infrastructure.
• Monitor/check the work (sub grade, sub base, base, sewerage, storm water drains) is completed in all respect as per specifications.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage QA/QC matters and ensure work execution as per design, drawings and technical specification.
• Ensure quality of Infrastructure and Earthwork.
• Ensure quality of construction material.
• Inspect sites and ensures activity as per approved method and material.
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to Management
• Check request regarding structure (culverts, Bridges, UGWT, OHWT, RCC drains etc).
• Coordinate with QS for billing at the end of the month.
