• The ability to work independently, implement creativity in their day-to-day work, expand on their networking skills in contacting multiple suppliers to obtain the best cost for the acquired item.
  • Prioritize allocated tasks, manage resources within the budget provided and ensure that all procurement related items are recorded and restocked within the admin team
  • Manage verbal (communication)/non-verbal (typing – good speed))administrative tasks independently and support the company in negotiating cost effective deals such as property- handling public relations.
  • Be able to present themselves in a professional manner and hold spectacular communication skills , – as they will be the main gatekeeper in negotiating with external companies.
  • The administrative role involves a variety of different tasks per day that need immediate attention for completion, therefore the candidate needs to be flexible and adapt to the company demands as and when they change.
  • Organizational skills are mandatory, and the candidates must have the ability to think out of the box and not wait for instructions.
