- Prioritize allocated tasks, manage resources within the budget provided and ensure that all procurement related items are recorded and restocked within the admin team
- Manage (verbal, non-verbal)Communication administrative tasks independently and support the company in negotiating cost effective deals such as property- handling public relations.
- For a variety of different tasks per day that need immediate attention for completion, therefore the candidate needs to be flexible and adapt to the company demands as and when they change.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of company facilities and furniture
- Manage and keep track of company assets.
- Get quotes from vendors and onboard reliable vendors as per company needs
- Procure equipment as per company’s procurement policy and workflow
- Coordinate with admin and finance to ensure vendor invoices are accepted and payments are released on time.
- Manage recurring purchase through purchase orders .
- Manage petty cash as per approved budget and provide weekly reports.
- Manage the booking of transport and travel of company employees for business related trips.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
