· Plan and deliver joyful learning activities for children based on individual needs
· Arrange awareness sessions for targeted families on early childhood development
· Support and advocate positive parenting and child friendly behaviors
· Provide high quality learning opportunities for children in line with early childhood education curriculum of Pakistan
· Develop relationships with key local stakeholders and referral sources to develop referral pathways for vulnerable children and families.
· Link children and their families to relevant early years services, health services and schools systems
· Provide welcoming and engaging environments which are responsive to all children and their families.
· Maintain accurate records of the children about their learning and assessment
· Develop partnerships with relevant agencies
· Demonstrate an inclusive approach and be mindful of diverse cultural practices and family structures
· Engage and support families and their children so that they can enjoy and experience a safe and supportive learning environment
