- Assist Head of HR to develop a recruitment and selection plan to attract and maintain a well-qualified, diverse applicant pool.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Plan and conduct orientation, training and development of employees.
- Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees.
- Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
- Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
- Performance Management and Improvement System.
- Monitoring of Performance Appraisals including mid year reviews.
- Organise monthly Employee of the Month.
- Assist Head of HR in building-up of healthy and sustainable company culture based on core values and code of ethics.
- Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
- Serve as a Human Resource Liaison with department(s) to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
- Assist/Advise Head of HR on employee relations matters such as performance evaluations, compensation and discipline.
- Conduct inquiries where required.
- Grievance handling.
- Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments.
- Manage payroll for the complete project
