Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

1.1 Collect Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) lists for the brands within area of responsibility, their respective quantities: available in Amazon fulfillment centers, inbound shipments, in-production, in-transit, stored at different warehouses and third-party logistics (3PLs) locations from different sources including but not limited to Netsuite, Amazon Seller Central, Purchase Orders, Inventory Reports from warehouses and 3PLs, shipping documents

1.2 Collect SKUs historical data

1.3 Create SKU name and reference in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

1.4 Keep Inventory management tracker always updated

1.5 Track inventory level, re-order points and re-order points quantities and make re-order recommendation in accordance

1.6 Coordinate inventory replenishment with Company

1.7 Create all Amazon shipment labels and coordinate with supplier and 3PL for receipt and labeling

1.8 Record inventory receipt and collect proofs of delivery

1.9 Coordinate inventory movement across locations

1.10 Ensure data quality is excellent in Netsuite, Seller Central and other trackers or systems used to manage inventory

1.11 Other activities as directed by Company

2- Purchase Order (PO) process coordination

2.1 Request and collect updated pricing, delivery time and packaging requirements from existing suppliers before preparing POs in accordance with Company guidelines

2.2 Coordinate the PO issuance process with the Supplier and Company by ensuring all requirements are met by suppliers and their invoices are complete and approved before issuing for Company approval

2.3 Ensure suppliers meet their commitments in terms of price, lead-time, quality and document quality after PO acceptance

2.4 Coordinate the packaging requirements with Company and Supplier

2.5 Coordinate the payment process between Company and Supplier

2.6 Coordinate the Quality & Inventory Control Checks with supplier

2.7 Coordinate with the freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs clearance agents, the PO pick up, quotes, cross boarder transportation and customs clearance until delivered to Amazon or other designated destination

2.8 Receive the PO in Netsuite and collect proof(s) of deliveries at different locations

2.9 Act as the custodian of the PO files containing all PO related information

3- Training

3.1 Training new Supply Chain & Logistics coordinators on all inventory and PO coordination processes

3.2 Other activities as directed by company

4- Calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) per PO

4.1 Ensures all necessary information and supporting documents are available for each order to calculate the COGS per unit.

4.2 Populates templates to support COGS
