Develop Talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Leading employment branding initiatives
- Determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Design & execute comprehensive and integrated Employer brand strategy
- Create and implement tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace
- Help the hotels in sourcing the right candidates for hard to fill roles
- Works closely with in-house marketing department to manage and continuously improve the company’s career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates
- Plan and conduct recruitment & selection process
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Review employment applications and conduct background checks
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Find bottlenecks in the recruitment process
- Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
- Manage the job descriptions that they are updated
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the agreement and payment process.
- Ability to organize career drives for new and upcoming hotels.
