1. Update and maintain personnel information record in HRMS/Payroll system.
  2. Maintain filings relevant to the job role effectively, in a manner that the desired data can be conveniently retrieved/accessed whenever required.
  3. Ensure maintaining updated departmental organograms and job descriptions.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly payroll and assist in ensuring accurate & timely disbursement of salaries.
  5. Manage attendance and leaves of all employees.
  6. Prepare full and final settlements of leaving staff and assist in ensuring timely disbursement of settlements. 
  7. Process employee benefits including salary advance, vehicle loan, personal loan, house loan etc..
  8. Assist in administering health and life insurance policies of employees that include addition, deletion, and revision of their plans and processing of claims in a timely manner.
