Design, organize, modify, upgrade and maintain the organization’s overall IT infrastructure & communication including but not limited to LAN, WAN, operating systems, business applications, uninterrupted internet connection, firewalls, web-servers, VPN gateways, email, BCP & DR sites while considering the availability of latest and cost effective technology solutions.
Perform daily system monitoring and ensure maintenance of critical and essential services.
Liaise with the vendors for purchasing of IT infrastructure equipments / services and finalizing SLAs.
Formulate budget for capital and running expenditures related to IT infrastructure as per business requirements.
