- Set the strategic direction of the AMC product range, facilitating the development of new products and collaborating across the organization to identify opportunities and enhancements that will competitively differentiate the offering. This role will be responsible for working with groups in Investment Management, Sales Management and Distribution, Operations, Finance and Compliance.
- Analyze and deliver product related initiatives that address the needs of various distribution channels.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to craft the promotional material for the new investment products.
- Ensure that firm's products are adequately positioned to compete effectively and make recommendations to merging or eliminating funds, and setting the pricing of funds.
- Lead effort related to product feasibility analysis and product research; develop schematic, identify resources and establish working groups.
- Develop creative approaches to structuring mutual funds, managed accounts and other new products.
- Ensuring all existing product offerings are up-to-date in terms of product features and regulatory requirements.
- Designing Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Agreements and all related documentation of clients in accordance with their risk profile.
- Perform analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements of product success (product revenue, product profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, cost implications, forecasts, etc.) to inform product design.
