Title: Finance Tax Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts

Education: MBA Finance / ACCA or equivalent qualification
Experience: 2 to 3 years of Industry Experience in Taxation or Audit Firms
Job Responsibilities
- Review and coordinating tax consultant for sales tax working and return filling of Sales tax related to FBR, SRB, PRA and KPK regime
- Review reconciliation of WHT weekly income tax payment and its e-filling related to FBR and AJK regime
- Reconciliation of WHT statements with Expense Ledger on monthly basis
- Review working related to monthly tax on premium and payment related to FBR and AJK and its e-filling on monthly basis
- Review working related to compliance of Income tax and Sales Tax pertaining to FBR, SRB, AJK and Gilgit
- Submission WHT Sales tax Return and WHT income tax statement u/s – 165 and employee’s annual u/s – 149
- Prepare tax schedule and reconciliation of all taxes paid to Govt for monthly and quarterly basis, to support financial reporting team for monthly, quarterly and annually reporting
- Finalization payment of quarterly Advance tax under section 147 and coordination with tax consultant and also assist in computation of corporate tax
- Recording of Income tax, sales tax, advance tax, deferred tax, tax on premium, and corporate tax provision and payment entries in system on regular basis to ensure completeness and accuracy and also facilitate in bank reconciliation to banking section
- Prepare and providing employee related data to payroll department to update relevant tax factors
- Assist in preparation of AJK final Accounts
- Review and finalization of tax payment related to dividend
- Ensuring all advance tax deduction certificate collected from banks and other parties.· Reviewing of zakat payment and its reconciliation and making payment entries in system.· Preparing and submitting data in response to the notices issued by Tax authorities through company’s Tax consultant
- Frequent liaison with Tax consultants and Tax authorities to ensure timely submission of compliance notices issued by Tax authorities and smooth handling of the tax assessments proceeding and Income Tax / Sales Tax Audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications Must be MBA Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in MS Excel)
- Proficient ineffective coordination and follow-ups
