- Design, implement and support the multiple channel services with the contact Centre application Genesys Pure Engage and Avaya IP Office Server Edition
- Participate in the design, setup, configuration and support of Genesys Pure Engage and its link to Avaya PBX.
- Design and implementation of IVR.
- Troubleshooting of entire genesys framework including Recording, Reporting, SIP, IVR, Social Media and Voice Gateway servers. 5. Analyses client technical issues, or outages etc. and define strategy to test issues in UAT.
- Configuration of call routing, recording, IVRs, Reporting and other features of Genesys and Avaya.
- Support and manage approximately 150 user of Genesys contact center application.
- Gathering and documentation of requirements of contact center users and business users.

- Provide support for SIP and contact center related issues occurring within or outside usual office timings.
