- Manage In-house sessions for back office employees from planning to execution.
- Coordinate all External Training Sessions for back office employees and sales management with External training institutions such as registering employees, process invoices etc.
- Manage Training Database of Back office trainings sessions (E-learning, In-house sessions and External sessions).
- Design training reports with presentable data as and when required.
- Manage files and folders and any administrative task assigned by Line Manager
