We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Accountant/ Admin for our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Business. You will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping for our online business operations. You will be responsible for booking payments with merchant processors, reconciling transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Your expertise in Digital Marketing and e-commerce bookkeeping and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our business operations.
Must be familiar with account practice in different Marketplace like Amazon ,Walmart, Shopify,Google Ads,Facebook etc. Also candidate should be able to
Manage local office expenditure record like salaries etc . This is a full time position in Karachi Pakistan at office location .
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Manage and book payments with merchant processors, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile e-commerce transactions, including sales, refunds, fees, and other financial activities, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents related to e-commerce and digital operations.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as finance, operations, and customer service, to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and provide financial insights.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to Accounting & bookkeeping.
- Uphold a high level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity in financial record-keeping, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Demonstrate excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience booking payments with merchant processors
- Experience with Digital Marketing , E-Commerce bookkeeping/operations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping
- High level of diligence and integrity in handling financial transactions and maintaining confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- This is a on site position and candidates must be able to come to office .
