The person leading in this role will manage developer resources and ensure their productivity. Involved in overall pharmacies projects scope such as POS, Inventory, Purchase & Accounting Modules and delivering the products/features to the project manager with a high-quality standard and customer satisfaction goals
Job Responsibilities
Lead Developer:
- Responsible for developing until releasing development cycle.
- Technical management of the projects and production processes.
- Providing execution of Customer’s technical requirements according to agreed schedule, specified complexity, and approved quality.
- Improving team productivity/efficiency by assigning tasks according to developer capability.
- Encourage a positive work environment and strengthen relationships with coworkers to foster outstanding performance.
- Converting Business Requirements/Customer's requests into technical requirements.
- Consistently delivers features that meet standards, and minimize the error
- Collaborates closely with Project Managers.
- Produce maintainable, scalable, developer tested solutions, to contribute to and adhere to development standards and good practice.
Full Stack Engineer:
- Develop and customise Accounting, Inventory, POS, Sales and Purchase modules.
- Develop and maintain REST/Event Services.
- Develop and maintain government system integration microservice.
- Develop and enhance the microservices from CRUD architecture to CQRS event sourcing based.
- Follow-up on customers support tickets and drive problems towards resolution.

- Build website for the company with Odoo.
- Design and develop Training Module which can be registered from website.
- Design and develop the system to support the company bonus scheme (QMRS)
- Involve and develop in CCRIS ISS phase 3 for CIMB Bank
