Jumeirah World Marketing is looking for a property manager

Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant experience preferably from real estate industry in sales

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and execute assigned property research projects.
Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines
Validate and Verify daily base property data (Pictures, Videos, Society Maps, and Dealers' Details etc.)
Track project progress periodically and report the same to management.
Identify areas of improvement and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.
Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.
Follow and enforce state and federal regulations.
Interact with the accounting department in processing payments and approving grants.
Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
Perform cost negotiation and finance and schedule management activities.
Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap.
Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Salary offered:

60,000 plus commission

Location: F-11/2, Islamabad
