Junior Finance Executive

Digital Webs, a fast-growing company specializing in affiliate marketing and performance advertising, is looking for a Junior Finance Executive to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to advance their finance careers in a dynamic, data-driven environment. The role involves supporting finance and reporting functions while collaborating with global partners across various countries and currencies. Working hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Finance & Reconciliation:
Track and verify commissions from international affiliate networks involving multiple currencies. Reconcile revenue reports with PPC and affiliate dashboards to ensure accuracy. Validate monthly earnings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions. Maintain precise records of payouts, deductions, and pending commissions.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review. Ensure all reports are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. Assist with month-end closing activities to support financial accuracy.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage invoices, vendor payments, and collections efficiently. Keep ledgers and transaction records up to date. Follow up on outstanding receivables to maintain cash flow.

Cash Flow & Budget Monitoring:
Support cash flow tracking to maintain operational liquidity. Assist in budget allocation and spending analysis for PPC campaigns.

Data Analysis & Accuracy:
Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and analyze revenue sources. Assist finance leadership in enhancing reporting processes.

Financial Systems & Tools:
Utilize financial software and Excel/Google Sheets to streamline reporting tasks. Contribute to system improvements and automation initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain financial documentation for audits and internal reviews. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. One to two years of experience in finance or accounts, with experience in digital or affiliate marketing considered an advantage. Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas. Experience handling multi-currency data and international financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
