Job Description: We are looking for individual with a minimum 2 year accounts receivable and collection experience.
Applicant will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payments issue and generate daily reports in timely manner. The candidate must have knowledge of General accounting Principles and be proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Quick-book software.
The applicant should have proactive and positive attitude, strong organizational skills, good communicator (both paper and over the phone) as he will frequently deal with customers and higher management.

Candidate must have Master degree in commerce, ACCA, CA (Inter) Preferable.
Job Requirement:
- Make Daily Sales information and collection calls to customers.
- Follow up customers for receipts.
- Reconcile Account Receivable to General Ledger
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Reconcile Quantity sold and amount received and balance with customers on daily basis.
- Prepare and maintain various reports.
- Report and Monitor any deviation from the outlined credit standards by customers.
- Recording of data, invoices and receipts in software on daily basis.
- Adhere strictly to company’s internal control by maintaining outlined financial security.
