2- Must have excellent english written & spoken skills. British & american accent preferred.
3- Must have at least 1 year experience of supporting software, IT infrastructure and technical documentation
4- Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Pre-Post sales support
- Remote installation and confuguration of Just eMenu Software for customers in UK and Pakistan.
- Provide technical support through web chat or over the phone.
- Manage support tickets queue and solve them within agreed SLA
- Write technical documentation that includes user guides, troubleshooting guides etc
- QA testing of the product
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
