Responsibilities
- Value addition through providing best in class professional advice.
- Co-ordinating all financial operations of the SBUs in the organization.
- Ensuring that funds are available as and when required.
- Ensuring that all assets of the Group are well protected through the availability of adequate Internal Controls and their strict implementation.
- Being the go to resource in the organization for all Technical and Compliance issues related to Finance.
- Overview of the Corporate Secretarial role.
- Co-ordinating all company audits, Financial Governance, and External and Internal Reporting and being the custodian of all Financial reports , with a clear responsibility for meeting deadlines.
- Being a trusted professional member of Senior Management.
- Ensuring compliance with all local statutory regulations and accounting standards applicable within all PVC companies both at operating and holding levels.
- Managing a team of professional and semi-professional staff.
