- Prepare Company HR Policies
- Ensuring to recruit talent as per company recruitment policy. Major emphasis on Mindset.
- Ensuring HR documentation.
- Employee Compensation and Benefits issues.
- Preparing and updating Job Descriptions, Position Profiles and Competency Profiles.
- Maintain Performance Management System mechanism and follow its compliance as per defined procedures/timelines.
- Conducting in-house training/culture sessions and coordination with training institutes for outsourced training programs.
- Dealing with Social Security and EOBI matters in liaison with Industrial Relations Department.
- Upkeep and follow up in insurance claims of life & health insurance, mobile insurance and laptop insurance.
- Ensure all requirements of Full & Final settlements followed till the payment of dues to the concerned.
