Key Responsibilities
· Supervise store in-ward and out-word record in ERP
· Ensure that purchase orders status is updated
· Receive, unload and manage supplies
· Supervise adequate record keeping
· Manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
· Reconcile and report difference of system inventory and physical inventory on regular basis
· Minimum stock maintenance relating to consumable items
