We are looking for a customer care representative. following are the duties that they would be fulfilling 


  • Handling Customer inquiries 

  • staying in touch with the internal teams to solve customer complaints 

  • Staying up to date with the accounts department for transaction clearances 

  • Transaction follow-ups with Customers / partners

  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.


 Skill Required:



  • Active and should be smart.

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
