Purpose:

The role will touch every aspect of professional communications and content marketing, and be an integral part of the core marketing team. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys all aspects of marketing, thrives on multi-tasking and has strong experience on web, email and social media marketing. The candidate should be able to independently work on and complete tasks with basic guidance and oversight. A self motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and process and product improvement will be successful in this role.

Provide first-class service in order to achieve business goals. Act as an intermediary between land lord, tenants and buyers. Make necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allow people to make inquiries as necessary.

Job Duties:

  • Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Persist in sales even in the face of failure
  • Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Answering questions from clients
  • Make product knowledge readily available to self and team members through various resources
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Client base research to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Train other sales people in the art of selling
  • Make sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
