What will I do as a WordPress Developer?
- Develop seamless custom WordPress themes,
- Develop custom WordPress plugins,
- Build on top of, and expand popular WordPress plugins like WooCommerce,
- Thoroughly test your work to ensure best performance,
Nice to Haves:
- Building WordPress themes from scratch,
- Strong PHP and MySQL,
- Strong HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript/ jQuery,
- Ability to troubleshoot and test your code,
- Able to make a website seamlessly responsive,
- Excellent coding practices,
- Excellent understanding of user experience,
- Understanding of how SEO can be affected by the build of a website,
- Great attention to detail,
- Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git / BitBucket,
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Sciences or IT from a reputable institute.
