Kaizen Builders is seeking an experienced D.A.E. Civil professional to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial and interior fit-out projects and possess strong site supervision and execution skills. This position requires a candidate who is proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, managing on-site activities, and coordinating labor and vendor teams effectively. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, overseeing material handling, and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress. Located in Johar Town, Lahore, the working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates should either reside in Lahore or be willing to relocate. While managing a team is not required, this role demands hands-on involvement with site supervision, quantity surveying, and progress reporting. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic drawing skills is preferred, along with experience in banking-sector projects, which will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute commercial and interior renovation projects on-site, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
  • Read, interpret, and coordinate activities based on construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Verify quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to support accurate project estimation and cost control.
  • Coordinate material handling and supply chain logistics to maintain efficient site operations.
  • Oversee and monitor civil finishing works, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage daily progress reporting and maintain comprehensive site documentation for project tracking.
  • Liaise effectively with labor teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure professional workflow and timely delivery.
  • Implement safety regulations and conduct site inspections to guarantee a hazard-free working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers to schedule construction activities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Utilize software tools including AutoCAD and MS Office for project planning, drawing interpretation, and documentation.
  • Conduct soil testing, structural analysis, and other technical assessments as required to support construction activities.
  • Maintain strong coordination among various teams and communicate project updates and challenges promptly.
