- Creating and issuing invoices to clients or customers on a regular basis
- Recording and tracking all billable transactions in a database software
- Prepare and processing invoices.
- Ensuring that all invoices are accurate and complete
- Following up with clients or customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Generating reports on billing and invoicing activity for management
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, customer service, and accounting to ensure smooth billing operations
- Following up on unpaid bills
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in billing and invoicing.
