- Work full-stack from Design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance to improvement of web applications
- Think out of the box and work independently on new tasks and features including prototyping
- Integrate third party components/controls like telerik kendo UI, jquery UI or any other
- Research on the latest trends to provide ideas on design and development
Must Have
- 3+ years of proven software development experience in PHP, javascript/jquery
- Good sense of design patterns, OOP, code optimization and website performance
- Proficiency in HTML5/bootstrap
- Experience in any modern MVC PHP framework, we use CakePHP and Laravel
- Proven experience in at least one JavaScript UI framework
- Hands on experience in designing responsive, professional carrier grade web applications
- Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, takes part in architectural decision making and have a structured way of working
- Experience in unit testing and TDD
- Quick learning skills, able to work in fast paced environment, can shift between different tasks rapidly
- Continuously look for improvements and share ideas on the delivery process
Good to Have
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and/or SVN
- Excellent SQL knowledge, experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience with ElasticSearch or another Lucene based search engine
- Experience in microservices infrastructure and Docker
- An appreciation of DevOps principles, CI/CD and Configuration Management
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Not afraid to get hands dirty in server configuration
