We are a Malaysian company Telco, Fintech and E-commerce company. In-line with the growth of three of our E-commerce verticals i.e Easydukan Co, DeliverIn my, Symplified biz, we are now seeking out an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team and grow the business in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
- Craft high-level business strategy into short to mid-term business and sales plan.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new Merchants & Channel partnerships.
- Ability to manage, develop, motivate and lead by example the junior Business Development Exec (5 to 10 per region).
- Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings and sell the Develop and maintain business relationships with merchants and partners.
- Feedback to the product & marketing team to enhance the E-Commerce Platform.
- Maintain good communications with Business Development team leads in Malaysia in order to capitalize experience of both countries.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of exposure in similar E-commerce Product/Platform/Brand management, Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in local Language and English.
- Highly self-motivated, and independent. You must be a pacesetter not a follower.
- Follow up and follow-through must be your nature.
