- To initiate and conduct marketing and sales activities for our industry specific customers in the North American, European, and other regional markets.
- To simultaneously manage multiple accounts and be responsible for anything and everything pertinent to the assigned account.
- Provide after sales services, control and manager in house production as per customer requirments. Initiate market and product led research, development and innovation to increase and sustain sales.
- Successfully manage and build a team of junior managers and merchandisers. To be able to fully handle existing customers as well successfully add new customers.
- To be able to build long term business partnerships with key customers and suppliers. To have an entreprenurial mindset and skill and ability to think and act in terms of business and enterprise.
- To be able to Negotiate prices with customers, to have the knowledge to rightly calculate manufacturing costs of the product. To know the production and manufacturing process of the product and have the ability manage and control it.
- To be able to take any challenges and tasks given by the higher management and deliver as per the expectation.
