- Generate ideas in collaborations with various teams and ensure implementation of monthly marketing plan
- Effectively manage different departments (Design, Media, Research, digital, Operations, Call Center)
- Work closely with Design department to develop marketing materials of all variety (communication, Social Media Campaigns, artworks, POSM and other collaterals) in line with the brand positioning. Imagery and guidelines
- Effective and efficient media planning and execution for campaigns on TV, Web, print
- Manage content and design of social media pages including but not limited to Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and youtube.
- Optimize the reach of posts and platforms organically and through paid activities.
- Efficiently, manage and lead the digital community project.
