Job Description

The role of Operations Manager entails supporting various business and administrative requirements of the team assigned to them. The manager needs to maintain order in administration and logistics-related activities at all times while ensuring a streamlined flow of activities in their branch/operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Logistics & order management, including coordinating with internal and external management
  • Ensuring proper communication between the branch and head office
  • Order submission/follow up with Vendors, suppliers, and customers
  • Keep management posted in terms of order status and deliveries.
  • Deal with multiple service providers
  • Find mutual grounds between service providers and customers
  • Closely coordinate with sales team
  • Maintain stock/inventory records
  • Regularly update the internal ERP system with logistics & order management information
  • Bring in new ideas to help the site expand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (minimum)
  • Well versed in procurement & logistics of home improvement services,
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of customer handling and staff management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and be flexible to business requirements
  • Able to work independently as well as within teams
  • Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good customer service skills
  • Expertise in Distribution Business Model shall be given preference
