We are looking for a confident person, who can perform the following duties,
- Prepare and execute daily dispatches
- Issue and maintain gate pass of supplies.
- Prepare lab reports for each supply dispatch.
- Prepare invoices against supply dispatch to clients.
- Arrange vehicles for outstation client supplies.
- Communicate with clients regarding supplies schedule and delivery.
- Keep in touch with goods transport companies regarding local and out station vehicles.
- Prepare Builty and freight payment vouchers.
- Perform other works as required.
