We are looking out for a Healthcare Business Analyst for our Healthcare application
Key Requirements
- Work with the Business to identify requirements and think critically about what will make it successful
- Write user stories that effectively communicate the Business’ requirements and that are easily consumed by software development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
- Perform analysis of business technical and functional specifications
- Prioritizing requirements based on business needs
- Creates process models diagrams and charts to provide guidance to the scrum team
- Understand and document the financial and operational impact of changes
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst
- Must be familiar with Agile methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills and Documentation skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
