We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our FMCG food manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP)
Lead and motivate the production team
Manage resources, budgets, and raw material planning
Oversee machinery maintenance and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Food Technology or Chemistry (mandatory)
8+ years in production management (FMCG food industry)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in production software and MS Office
