Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures & generate business for clients.
- Communicate on behalf of clients with brokers, shippers, receivers etc. to arrange freight pick-ups, drop-offs and assist clients with any payment related issue.
- Thoroughly hunt for business opportunities and plan client's journey to ensure timely deliveries.
- Present weekly progress, stats & learning opportunities with the Management.
