- Be able to listen to the customer quaries and resolve them immidiately.

- Must have strong communication skills.

- Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance

- Monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. 

- Able to resolve complaints.

- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.

- Able to use delivery management software.

- Able to upsell without turning off the customer.
