We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative (especially encouraging female candidates) to manage our online store's operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing online orders and confirming them via calls
  • Attending to customer calls and providing excellent customer support- Booking orders on our portal and ensuring timely parcel booking
  • Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp
  • Providing customer support and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in an office setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using online portals and managing orders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and familiarize yourself with our products, providing knowledgeable support to customers
